In brief,

We are a company with a team of more than 50 skilled professionals experienced in installation, commissioning, and production line integration. We have managed and delivered projects for leading companies such as TOGG, Türk Traktör, Mercedes-Benz, Nestlé, Ford Otosan, ASELSAN, and Doğuş Çay.

Selected Projects and Experience

1. Türk Traktör – Cabin Production Line Installation and Commissioning

• Commissioning of a cabin production line with an annual capacity of 22,400 units.

• Robot integration for the framing line.

• Fixture, gripper, and full-line integration for six new models.

• Installation of a quality correction conveyor line and other related systems.

2. TOGG – C-SUV and Fastback Sedan Production Lines

• Commissioning of production lines with a combined annual production capacity of 158,000 units.

• Cycle time optimization and new model improvements across more than 200 robots.

• Electrical line updates and EPLAN documentation revisions.

We successfully completed our work and received special recognition and appreciation from Plant Manager Murak Akdaş and his valued team.

3. Mercedes-Benz – Actros F and CSH660 Production Lines

• Commissioning of production lines with an annual capacity of 36,000 units.

• Measurement of all welding line fixtures and design revisions.

• Installation of the paint shop conveyor line.

• Installation of the assembly quality control line.

• Installation of the assembly lubrication line and other related systems.

We completed our work in September, marking the occasion with an appreciation dinner organized in recognition of the project team’s efforts.

4. Ford Otosan

• ASRS production line commissioning.

• External project commissioning.

• SCADA commissioning for the Buffer project.

• Battery production line installation.

• Dark factory production line installation, including three robots, seven fixtures, and TTB.

• Paint shop paste line installation and other related projects.

5. Tofaş

• Smart factory commissioning.

6. Özdilek – Robotic Line Commissioning

Completed in November, this project involved the installation of a robotic gift-giving cell at the Özdilek Game Factory in Kartepe, bringing robotic automation solutions into the entertainment industry.

7. Nestlé – Balıkesir Factory

• Electrical commissioning activities are currently ongoing.

8. ASELSAN

• Missile circuit board production line project.
